刘华

　　刘华，医学博士、副主任医师、硕士生导师，我国知名足踝外科专家，现任湘雅医院足踝外科主任。现任中华医学会骨科分会足踝学组委员，国际矫形与创伤外科学会（SICOT）中国部足踝外科学会常委，中国研究型医院协会足踝医学专业委员会委员，湖南省医学会骨科专业委员会足踝外科学组副主任委员。长期从事足踝外科临床工作，积累了丰富的足踝外科疾病诊治经验，尤其在各种复杂足踝部畸形手术治疗、复杂足踝部创伤手术治疗、复杂足踝运动损伤微创手术治疗、复杂足踝关节炎及骨病手术治疗、复杂足踝部肿瘤及慢性足踝部疼痛治疗及糖尿病足病手术治疗领域有很深的造诣。2014年始，牵头筹备创建湘雅医院足踝外科，并作为学术带头人为湘雅医院培养足踝专科骨干4名且均具有博士学位，后在湖南省率先成立了规模最大的足踝专科诊疗团队，并成立了湖南省首家以足踝部疾患为诊治核心的专业科室湘雅医院足踝外科。且作为湖南省足踝外科事业带头人之一带领同行不断提升湖南省足踝外科专业诊疗水平。近年来，刘华教授带领团队在湖南省率先开展足踝诊疗技术40余项，每年完成足踝外科专科手术300余台；其中，复杂马蹄足内翻足矫形、复杂踇外翻矫形、足踝复杂陈旧性骨折及损伤、足踝部关节镜微创手术、重度踝关节炎阶梯手术治疗等均达到国内领先。主持及参与国家自然科学基金3项、省部级课题7项，在国内外高水平杂志发表学术论文30余篇，获国家发明专利3项。 Hua Liu Associate ProfessorSpecialty: Ankle surgery disease diagnosis and treatment: the horseshoe varus foot orthotics， hallux valgus orthopaedic， flat feet， orthopedic， ankle deformity orthopaedic， inside and outside foot fracture surgery， surgical treatment for traumatic arthritis， Achilles tendon rupture of minimally invasive surgery， minimally invasive surgical treatment of acute or chronic ankle sprains， ankle ligament damage of minimally invasive surgery， cartilage damage minimally invasive surgical treatment of talus， ankle department tumor surgery， ankle department of various types of arthritis， ankle arthritis ankle surgery， surgical operation in treating ankle replacement therapy for chronic pain， such as with pains Achilles tendinitis ankle， the surgical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot disease， etc.Detailed introduction:Hua Liu， doctor of medicine， associate professor， associate chief physician， master tutor， famous expert of foot and ankle surgery in China， director of foot and ankle surgery in Xiangya hospital. Ankle surgery clinical work for a long time， has accumulated rich experience in the ankle surgery diagnosis and treatment of diseases， especially in all kinds of complicated foot complex foot deformity surgery， trauma surgery， complex ankle injury minimally invasive surgery， complex foot ankle arthritis and bone disease surgery， cancer and chronic ankle pain treatment， and also has deep attainments in surgical treatment for diabetic foot disease areas.
